چکیده

In this paper, we consider the recovery of block sparse signals, whose nonzero entries appear in blocks (or clusters) rather than spread arbitrarily throughout the signal, from incomplete linear measurement. A high order sufficient condition based on block RIP is obtained to guarantee the stable recovery of all block sparse signals in the presence of noise, and robust recovery when signals are not exactly block sparse via mixed l 2 /l 1 minimization. Moreover, a concrete example is established to ensure the condition is sharp. The significance of the results presented in this paper lies in the fact that recovery may be possible under more general conditions by exploiting the block structure of the sparsity pattern instead of the conventional sparsity pattern.

Recovery of signals under the high order RIP condition via prior support information

In this paper we study the recovery conditions of weighted l1 minimization for signal reconstruction from incomplete linear measurements when partial prior support information is available. We obtain that a high order RIP condition can guarantee stable and robust recovery of signals in bounded l2 and Dantzig selector noise settings. Meanwhile, we not only prove that the sufficient recovery cond...

Sharp Sufficient Conditions for Stable Recovery of Block Sparse Signals by Block Orthogonal Matching Pursuit

In this paper, we use the block orthogonal matching pursuit (BOMP) algorithm to recover block sparse signals x from measurements y = Ax+v, where v is a l2 bounded noise vector (i.e., ‖v‖2 ≤ ǫ for some constant ǫ). We investigate some sufficient conditions based on the block restricted isometry property (block-RIP) for exact (when v = 0) and stable (when v 6= 0) recovery of block sparse signals ...

Recovery analysis for weighted mixed $\ell_2/\ell_p$ minimization with $0<p\leq 1$

We study the recovery conditions of weighted mixed l2/lp (0 < p ≤ 1) minimization for block sparse signal reconstruction from compressed measurements when partial block support information is available. We show that the block p-restricted isometry property (RIP) can ensure the robust recovery. Moreover, we present the sufficient and necessary condition for the recovery by using weighted block p...

Recovery of signals by a weighted $\ell_2/\ell_1$ minimization under arbitrary prior support information

In this paper, we introduce a weighted l2/l1 minimization to recover block sparse signals with arbitrary prior support information. When partial prior support information is available, a sufficient condition based on the high order block RIP is derived to guarantee stable and robust recovery of block sparse signals via the weighted l2/l1 minimization. We then show if the accuracy of arbitrary p...

On the Restricted Isometry of the Columnwise Khatri-Rao Product

The columnwise Khatri-Rao product of two matrices is an important matrix type, reprising its role as a structured sensing matrix in many fundamental linear inverse problems. Robust signal recovery in such inverse problems is often contingent on proving the restricted isometry property (RIP) of a certain system matrix expressible as a Khatri-Rao product of two matrices. In this work, we analyze ...
